Frequent Asked Questions
What types of files are accepted for designs?
We accept designs in PNG, PDF, PSD, or PSB formats. The artwork must be at a resolution of 300 dpi and can be in CMYK or RGB formats. However, please note that all artwork will be converted into CMYK for printing.
Can I print on any type of fabric?
Our DTF technology is versatile and capable of adhering to a wide range of fabrics, including but not limited to cotton, polyester, and various blends. While DTF is suitable for most textiles, we recommend consulting with our team if you have specific fabrics in mind, especially unconventional or delicate materials, to ensure compatibility and best outcomes.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we understand the importance of quality assurance, especially for large orders. DTF Houston offers sample prints at a nominal cost, allowing you to assess the quality and durability of our prints before committing to a larger volume. This is particularly recommended for businesses or events where consistency and satisfaction are critical.
Sample Packs are limited to one pack per customer, so you will be prompted to login in order to buy a sample pack.

What is the cutoff time for orders?
All orders must be placed by 2:30 PM sharp. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day to ensure the quality and timely delivery of your prints.
What are the design requirements for successful printing?
To ensure the best quality print, all fine lines or thin fonts in your design should have a minimum weight of 4 pixels. Artwork should be cropped to fit all the way to the edge, with unwanted backgrounds removed. Opacity should be 100%—see-through portions will not print as intended.
