How many designs fit on a sheet?
WE ONLY PRINT IN 300DPI RESOLUTION AND THIS IS WHY!
Requirements
- All fine lines or thin fonts in your design need to have a minimum weight of 4 pixels. (If they're too thin, the powder glue will not stick. Without powder glue, it will not press to the shirt)
- Crop your artwork to fit all the way to the edge. Programs read negative space as part of your design and counts it as inches.
- Remove unwanted background. If your design is on a white square, it will print that way.
- Opacity should be 100%, see through portions will not print as intended.
- Required resolution: 300 dpi
- Accepted files: PNG, PDF, PSD, or PSB
- Accepted formats: CMYK or RGB
- Note, printer will convert all artwork into CMYK no matter which format.
Designs are printed as is, without corrections, even if they do not meet the minimum requirements. So, if you have a question about your design, please contact us first.

No longer limited to only 100% cotton like DTG or Screen Printing. Flexible too! It will not fade, crack, or peel like Vinyl or Sublimation. No more weeding!!! No more bleaching!!!
