Cancellations:

Orders not yet printed, can be cancelled and refunded in the form of store credit. Orders can be cancelled in writing to DTF Houston at freighttraingraphics@gmail.com 

DTF Houston holds the right to cancel your order if your file(s) do not meet our requirements or if the file(s) are not available at the time the order is placed.

Defects:

Defects must be reported in writing to DTF Houston at freighttraingraphics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will confirm the defect upon return of the defective order, then a reprint or store credit can be issued.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
